As a Principal UX Writer for Dell’s APEX, I played a key role in shaping the user experience across several products in the suite, guiding them from start to finish. My work spanned onboarding, day 2 activities, decommissioning services, and crafting clear error and success messages to enhance user interactions. Additionally, I worked on offer-agnostic flows such as Identity and Access Management (IAM) and support, ensuring a consistent user experience across the platform.

Barracuda FX

As a Senior UX Writer at Barracuda FX, I focused on making our technical documentation accessible to all users, ensuring clarity and ease of use. I was also responsible for shaping the look and feel of our knowledge base, creating an intuitive and user-friendly experience. In addition, I conducted user research to refine our content strategy and better meet user needs. My role also involved establishing content guidelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across all product touchpoints.

As a Technical UX Writer for Broadway Technology, I focused on creating detailed long-form documentation, including release notes, knowledge base articles, and FAQs, to support both internal teams and external users. My work ensured that complex product information was communicated in a clear and accessible manner. Additionally, I was responsible for the company’s newsletter, where I crafted content that kept employees informed and engaged. Although my role didn’t involve microcopy or direct user interactions, my contributions were pivotal in maintaining consistency and clarity across all written materials, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience.
